Yes, but a different kind of people. Just like "Strange Matter" or "Exotic Matter", the normal laws of physics we know and love do not apply to them. They may indeed be outsiders, visiting from another plane of existence, but I don't see that as any reason to deny them the opportunity to serve as power sources for our trans-dimensional warp vessels. |
